Do you want to lose weight, or get fitter, maybe bulk up? With my help you can make it happen.  Never mind your age, never mind if you have never been in a gym, or never had the stamina. I will make sure you will enjoy the work-outs so much that you will look forward to the next session.  Also I will help you to make the time for sports and to change your lifestyle and eating habits.  That way the results will be permanent.

Who am I?
My name is Thijs Westerbeek van Eerten – PersonalThijs.  I am in my late 50’s, married and living in Amsterdam.  Fitness has been my passion for almost four decades, and my profession since 2012. I have been educated to the highest standard in the business; AALO level 4.  My clients get my full attention and expertise.

Price?
I charge €50,- per hour. How often you want to make use of my services is up to you, but in order to get results you need to work out at least twice a week. Work outs in your own home cost €45,- ( and you don’t need a gym subscription).  Finally; if you want to work out twice a week with me, there is a quantity discount; €40.
